USING A VOUCHER

The list of vouchers purchased through the Internet store of the Plitvice Lakes National Park must be saved on a mobile device or printed out and cancelled at the official entrances of the locations that are part of this promotion. After cancelling the voucher, each location will issue you its own ticket. To book the time of entry into the Plitvice Lakes National Park, please contact the e-mail prodaja@np-plitvicka-jezera.hr.

CANCELLATION AND / OR REPLACEMENT OF PURCHASED VOUCHERS

All orders and purchases of vouchers via the website are binding and final and cannot be cancelled or changed. Each purchase via the website becomes final after the purchase process is completed and the vouchers are sent. If the vouchers are not used within the specified time, it is not possible to return them and get a refund.
